Initial plot coupon hand:
Effect Cards:
2 It Worked. 1 It Didn't Work 1 They Survived.
Schrodinger's Cards: 2 Schrodinger's Housecats 1 Schrodinger's Panthers
When everyone gains a level, you can choose to draw any one card other than a Schrodinger's Tiger. When your main hits Paragon, and again at Epic, you draw a Tiger.

Just how often will we be leveling, cuz this seems a little small.

I'm not sure yet... I'll likely deal out more cards later, but since the pacing of the game today surprised me I wanted to stay a bit conservative with them at the start.

Yeah, I meant Lion. Though I'm already coming up with a different draw system (same initial cards system) that will give out more cards total. I'll post it once I finish running the numbers.

Okay, new progression.
1. You can have a maximum hand of 10 plot coupons at a time. Only two of them can be Schrodinger's Panther, and no more than half can be Schrodinger's Cards. If you have more than that, you have to discard.
2. Each level, choose one effect card. You gain it.
3. Each even-numbered level, gain a Schrodinger's Housecat.
4. Each level that is a multiple of 3 and NOT even, gain a Schrodinger's Panther.
5. Each new tier (level 11 and 21), gain a Schrodinger's Lion.
The levels refer to your first character.
