It needs a quick reword to the same format as the mace one, but it looks acceptable to me. Any objections, or shall I mark this approved?

I don't really see a problem. Might be easier and more flavorful to do a superior weapon that's both a whip and a light blade instead, and spend a feat to buy that, but the feat's balanced as is.

Whip Dagger: Superior One-handed Melee Weapon +3 Prof. 1d6 damage. Reach, Off-hand; Flail, Light Blade Howsitsound?

That sounds great! I hope trailfoot approves it! So I can fix Meepo's feats. I already have a couple set aside that she doesn't need to replace with the whip feat if it gets approved.

WHOOOOO! So... um... how much would a whip dagger cost? can I just buy a magic dagger and call that my magic whip dagger? That way I dont need to redo equipment?
