Anthros's pantheon is quite different from those of Points of Light and the Realms. This means that Channel Divinity - specifically, the feats - needs a rewrite.
1. You can only have one divinity feat. There's less gods on Anthros than PoL/FR, so each deity will have multiple divinity feats so as not to ban any. Thus, this limit reinstates a limit that's present by proxy in the core game.
2. We need to assign divinity feats to gods! Let's discuss it.

The Will would have none - she doesn't grant power to priests. Any divine character worshipping the Will is someone who has learned to wield astral power; it's not granted but trained. Divinity feats are granted.

I'd like to claim Righteous Rage of Tempus for the followers of the Immortal Patron of Sacrifice. Those who follow the path he lived by seek to strike the first and last strike, and nothing says that like a free crit.
Edit: Also, you should probably add these rules to the House Rules thread.

Channel Divinity power for Vecna! Not including feats...because that would be redundant.
Channel Divinity: Terrible Truth You utter a phrase of True Speech passed down from your dark master. The divine syllables are more than a distracted mind can bear. Encounter * Divine, Psychic Minor Ranged 5 Target: One enemy currently granting combat advantage. Attack: Wisdom vs Will or Charima vs Will Channel Divinity: You can use one channel divinity power per encounter. Hit: The target takes psychic damage equal to your Wisdom or Charisma modifier and is weakened until the end of your next turn. Special: When you choose this power, you determine whether you use Wisdom or Charima to attack with this power. Once you make that choice, you cannot change it later.
Channel Divinity: Blinding Lie Blinding light will rob a man of his vision just as sure as the darkest night. Encounter * Divine Minor Ranged 5 Attack: Wisdom vs Fortitude or Charisma vs Fortitude Channel Divinity: You can use one channel divinity power per encounter. Hit: The target is blinded until the end of your next turn. The next ally who hits the target with an attack while it is still blinded may choose to slide the target a number of squares equal to your Wisdom or Charisma modifier. Special: When you choose this power, you determine whether you use Wisdom or Charima to attack with this power. Once you make that choice, you cannot change it later.
